Our Cocktail Corner drink this week:
Krimson Peak
- Lots of ice
- 2 ounce of coconut milk
- 1/2 ounce of Baileys
- 2 ounce of 99 Cinnamon
- half a cap full of Campari
- 1 ounce coconut rum
Mix Ice, Baileys, and 99 Cinnamon in blender to get a slightly runny snow cone texture. Place mixture in Margarita glass. Pour coconut milk evenly over the top. Drizzle Campari lightly over the coconut milk.
